Lead and manage the overall plant operations to ensure the efficient production of

high-quality filter and whole unit products. Responsible for driving operational

excellence, safety, and profitability while aligning with the company's Vision, Mission,

and Core Values.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic & Operational Leadership


• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals.


• Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Engineering,

Maintenance, and Supply Chain.


• Set and monitor operational KPIs (productivity, cost, quality, delivery, safety).

  1. Production & Efficiency


• Ensure production targets are achieved within budget and schedule.


• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma & continuous improvement

initiatives.


• Optimize resource utilization: manpower, machinery, materials, and energy.

  1. Cost & Budget Management


• Prepare and manage annual manufacturing budget.


• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.


• Ensure adherence to financial controls and CAPEX plans.

  1. Quality, Safety & Compliance


• Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and environmental standards.


• Promote a strong safety culture (EHS) and zero-accident workplace.


• Deliver consistent product quality and reduce defect rates.

  1. People Leadership


• Lead, mentor and develop plant leadership team.


• Build a high-performance culture with strong teamwork and accountability.


• Workforce planning, skills development & succession planning.

  1. Supply Chain & Customer Focus


• Collaborate with procurement, planning and logistic teams for seamless flow of

raw materials & finished goods.


• Support demand planning and capacity planning based on sales forecast.


• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  1. Stakeholder & External Relations


• Report operational performance to Executive Management.


• Manage government, audit and regulatory relationships where required.


• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business expansion.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or

related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Minimum 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in

senior leadership role.


• Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.


• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar

methodologies.


• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capability.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
