**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with the business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures, including API
Gateways, and event-driven systems.
- Strong understanding of API design principles, API Gateways and API Management tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and IT teams, to understand business needs and define technology solutions that drive customer experience, investment optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development teams during the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization
- Define and implement data analytics and data warehousing strategies to enable data-driven decision making and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts to improve operational efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards,guidelines, and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in enterprise architecture,digital transformation, and real estate technology trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Proficient in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent
- Proficiency in data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, such as automation, robotics, and smart

manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or other
Solutions Architect certifications, are a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM14,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
