**Job Summary**

Maven Perfume is seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team management for multiple retail outlets across the region. This role requires strong leadership, retail operational expertise, and a deep understanding of customer service excellence to uphold Maven's brand promise of providing high-quality, long-lasting fragrances at affordable prices. The Supervisor will act as the key link between HQ and the outlet teams, ensuring sales targets, SOP compliance, and brand standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Outlet Supervision & Sales Monitoring
- Oversee end-to-end outlet operations and sales performance across all assigned Maven outlets
- Ensure each outlet consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
- Drive SOP compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service
- Identify operational or performance gaps and implement timely corrective actions

2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Outlet Supervisors and retail staff (approx. 15-20 pax)
- Conduct on-site coaching to enhance sales skills, operational standards, and productivity
- Foster Maven’s brand values and positive work culture within all outlet teams

3. Reporting & Communication
- Submit structured daily and weekly reports to management covering sales, staff performance, and operational updates
- Maintain effective communication channels between outlet teams and HQ for smooth operations

4. Operational Excellence & Visual Standards
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, stock levels, and outlet presentation
- Coordinate with HQ on stock replenishment, new product launches, and operational improvements

5. Training & Development
- Lead by example in delivering continuous training on Maven’s culture, brand objectives, and

service expectations

6. Customer Service & Experience
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure accurate information is shared.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction

**Experience Required**

1. Minimum 3-5 years in retail operations, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or fashion sectors

2. Proven track record in leading retail teams across multiple outlets

3. Strong background in sales monitoring, operational audits, and people management

4. Have experience lead 15 - 20 staff sales/retail

5. Have at least 2- 5 years experience in supervisory
