Position for full time Conveyancing cum Litigation Clerk at a law firm based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year working experience in conveyancing, with experience in drafting, preparation and submission of SPA, MOTs, Wills and Probate, preparation of loan documentations and all work incidental thereto;
- Has practical training and able to navigate and use all relevant portals, i.e. Elasis, EKSS and etc;
- Good command of English with fair command of Mandarin and Malay;
Job Requirements:

- Able to work independently and oversee all aspects of the case;
- Able to keep log of and oversee all existing cases, files and clients;
- Able to take on new cases and clients with supervision;
- Good PR skills for liasing with all relevant departments, agencies and other firms;
- General office clerk duties such as preparation of letters, answering phone calls, assisting in litigation work when needed, copying, printing, overseeing service and etc.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
