Multimedia Designer Videographer

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Videographer/Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing captivating video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in engaging our target audience and effectively conveying our messaging across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations.

2. Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

3. Design and create compelling visual assets, such as graphics, illustrations, and animations, using industry-standard software and tools.

4. Edit and enhance audio and video content to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables.

5. Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience.

6. Design and Maintain Websites: Utilize your expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to design and maintain engaging websites.

7. Collaborate on SEO Strategy: Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies and data-driven optimizations.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and technology, and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirement**:
1. Min 3 years of relevant experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.

2. Proficiency in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other relevant tools.

3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

8. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

9. Understanding of color correction and audio mixing techniques in an edit environment.

10. A strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency

11. Possess own car and willing to travel to and from location shoots.
