We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Nourix Health, a leading health supplement company. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging multimedia content that effectively communicates our brand's message and values. Your innovative designs will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visual Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia assets including graphics, videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and translate them into captivating visual narratives.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of the Nourix Health brand and its core values, and infuse these elements into every design.

**Content Optimization**:

- Adapt and optimize multimedia content for various platforms and screen sizes to ensure optimal user experience and engagement.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, product managers, and developers, to create cohesive and impactful multimedia campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, preferably within the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia design projects, including both static and dynamic content.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for various digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of video editing and animation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take constructive feedback, and iterate on designs.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
