**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and edit compelling video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for digital and print media
- Develop engaging social media posts and short-form video content
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute multimedia campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Optimize content for various platforms and formats
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated with current design trends and multimedia technologies

**Required Qualifications Experience & Skills**
- **4+ years of professional experience** in multimedia design, video editing, or related field
- **Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**, specifically:

- **Video Editing**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
- **Image Editing & Design**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video editing and graphic design
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition principles
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and brand guidelines

**Technical Requirements**
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
- Experience with photo retouching and image manipulation
- Knowledge of print design specifications and requirements
- Familiarity with social media content specifications and best practices

**Soft Skills & Attributes**
- **Excellent English communication skills** (written and verbal)
- **Tamil language skills are a plus**:

- **Willingness to travel anywhere and anytime** as required by project needs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with independent work capabilities

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
- Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
