To drive and supervise a team consist of Blue Collar and White Collar staffs in managing the Central Warehouse.
- Review and monitor physical inventory of rental assets, consumable materials and spare parts movements. Make sure that all stock items are in the system and in line with inventory management standard.
- Periodic check and verify on all receive / return activities and ensure inventory adjustments are made accordingly with proper justifications.
- Identify critical and additional materials / spare parts required for warehouse operation by consulting maintenance technicians and vendors and define the min-max for the new recommended items.
- Responsible for stock replenishment - review availability of stock items on periodic basis and ensure the team are working on the replenishment activity e.g. purchase request till delivery and PO closure.
- Responsible for supervising all warehouse-related activities and ensuring safe practices are followed during storing at designated bays, loading and off-loading materials.
- Responsible for proper storage and housekeeping of materials (may also include various oils and chemicals - schedule waste management) based on requirement, proposing space optimization methods.
- Provide various inventory related reports to the management as needed.
- Conduct periodic inventory audit for all Internal Branches & Central Warehouses and report out the results to the BM/OM (Clients) and BUH. Ensure the inventory audit is done per schedule approved by BUH.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, operations management, finance or engineering, mathematics, or statistical analysis.

2. Knowledge in scaffolding material and rental equipment or machineries.

3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
