1. To manage the sales, marketing, and renting of properties.

2. To ensure the sales team deal with all enquiries in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures.

3. To ensure all properties in the portfolio are marketed effectively, arranging for sales

materials and brochures to be produced and issued in a timely manner.

4. To carry out market research on property sales in the general market place.

5. To work in partnership with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure the

best services are delivered to the Group’s customers.

6. To prepare reports and prove performance information in a timely manner.

7. To perform any other ad-hoc duties from the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years of experience as sales and marketing manager.

3. Solid understanding of property field.

4. Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
