- Previous experience in production or manufacturing
- In depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good technical and IT skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sample for each product for microbe and heavy metals for each product
- Liaise with internal and external lab regarding quotation, sample testing, report for each sample send for testing
- Request sample forecast from BMR & Production Department to plan sample submission every week
- Review test report and inform related department whether to approve for production release or failed any test result that need to on-hold production
- Conduct swab testing at production
- Keep record for all retention sample for each product
- Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
- Perform quality checking for in-coming good receives, in-process quality control (IPQC) and finish product quality control (FPQC) production inspection
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
- Report inspection and test data
- Review QC inspection form
- Prepare report for organoleptic analysis
- Help in investigation for any complaint receive
