1. Responsible to assist Distribution Executive in fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to the department standard operating procedure.
2. Ensuring delivery and shipping schedules are met in a timely manner and in detail.
3. Performing daily inspection on the warehouse grounds.
4. Communicating and coordinating with other departments, marketing arm, customers and transporter on work related matters.
5. To process delivery orders, to arrange local and export order preparation and to schedule delivery and pickup date with logistic partners and customers.
6. To prepare shipping documentation, Delivery note, Pre-Delivery Inspection checklist and other related document and to maintain documents records.

8. To assist Distribution Executive in updating warehouse WMS stock inventory by processing receiving and outgoing data and keeping records of goods movement in the warehouse on daily basis to maintain stock level accuracy.
9. To coordinate and participate in warehouse monthly cycle count and year end stock count activity.
10. Identifying workplace safety hazards.
11. Adhering to Company Policies, Department S.O.P and Safety Management Standards.
12. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
13. New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.
**Requirement**:
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related department is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Knowledge in Incoterms, ERP Systems is an added advantages.
- Preferably Senior Officer specialized in Shipping / Logistics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
