**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set for the Management/ Authority and to inform the OSH Committee as and when there is an unsafe act, situation or practice being observed.
- Ensure all order processing process is followed with SOP compliance for all Internal transfer and Sales Order.
- Communicate with relevant parties to ensure internal and external customer order/request is fulfilled on time in full.
- Update all relevant stock movement in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP e.g. - production, resorting, internal warehouse & external warehouse location.
- Stock reconciliation is done on weekly basis to ensure stock accuracy is not compromised.
- To perform general office work such as service invoice processing, photocopying, filling, supply forms, label, office cleanliness, and any assignment duty from Superiors.
- Monitor and follow up the daily on-hold, audit & positive release report from QA & production team.
- To ensure warehouse operation SOP and accuracy guidelines strictly followed.
- To support other warehouse/Packaging material/ Shipping duties when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least possess minimum SPM and above.
- Preferable with experience in warehouse and logistic fields.
- Good communication skills and can-do attitude.
- Physically able to work in a factory environment.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
