**Product Architect cum Project Lead for AMS Products**

**About the Role**

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in developing AMS products. You will leverage

your expertise in product architecture, project management, and AMS IC design to lead a team of

engineers in creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AMS technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define product architecture and roadmap for Analog mixed-mode products, including

using multi-voltage domain.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and testing

of AMS ICs.

ensure successful product development and launch.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in high-voltage IC technology and market

trends.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with AMS IC development.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Document product requirements, specifications, and design decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (PhD degree a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product architecture and/or project leadership within

the high-voltage IC domain.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-domain AMS design principles, including power electronics,

drivers, and high-voltage circuitry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in design tools and methodologies for AMS IC development.
