DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management REQUIREMENTS:

- Must possess minimum Degree
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
- Good command of spoken and written Native Indo and English.
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends
- Required to have own transportation arrangement

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
