**The Store Manager role will be responsible for continuing the store’s success** by offering the highest level of premium customer service, leading and supporting the in-store team, **providing our customers with the best in-store experience** and demonstrating your **passion for food and cookware.**Based in **Johor Premium Outlets (JPO).**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Excellent Customer Service** - Provide accurate product information and create a great shopping experience.
- **Engage & Inspire Customers** - Guide them through our beautiful and functional products.
- **Maintain Store Standards** - Ensure store cleanliness, proper presentation, and team professionalism.
- **Visual Merchandising** - Showcase products attractively, following brand guidelines.
- **Lead & Motivate the Team** - Support, train, and inspire staff to perform at their best.
- **Drive Sales & Performance** - Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and brand expectations.
- **Manage Store Operations** - Oversee staffing, efficiency, and daily management.
- **Handle Reporting & Compliance** - Complete admin tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure company policies are followed.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience** - 8-10 years in retail/customer service, with 5+ years as a Store Manager.
- **Sales & Customer Service** - Proven ability to drive sales and provide a premium shopping experience.
- **Leadership & Teamwork** - Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- **Organizational Skills** - Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- **Communication Skills** - Clear, professional, and adaptable to different audiences.
- **Tech Skills** - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- **Passion for the Brand** - Love for food, cooking, and entertaining.
- **Adaptability & Integrity** - Thrives in changing environments and upholds company values.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
