- Fulfill Quality and Safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance of ESH Legal and Quality Standard requirements.
- Undertake incident/accident investigations and reporting.
- Responsible for risk assessment (hazard mapping/UNDCR/near miss).
- Implement quality best practices in the designated sites.
- Leading and delivering the Linfox safety campaigns, safety meetings, warehouse audit, pest management and other related activities.
- Manage the operational compliance of Quality and Safety systems and requirements.
- Implement Quality and Safety programs as directed.
- Assist management in the preparation of Quality and Safety reporting.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management
- Foster good customer relationships for the company.
- Understand and implement customer Quality and Safety needs and demands that includes pest management.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate achievement of objectives and targets.
- Deal effectively with Quality and Safety queries from both internal and external customers.
- Timely, accurate preparation of documents.
- Actively participate in Quality and Safety reviews with the customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer services to both internal and external customers
- Develop and implement Quality and Safety training programs.
- Deliver Quality and Safety training to all personnel at site.
- Facilitate regular, balanced feedback to employees on both informal and formal basis.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with Linfox Quality and Safety policies and other legal and standard requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement Quality and Safety targets.
- Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner.
- Ensure compliance with Linfox Policies and best practices.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or any other engineering and logistics management.
- At least 3 years working experience in related Quality and Safety environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent negotiation, people management and motivational skills.
- Working knowledge of specialized fleet equipment and Quality and Safety requirements.
- High level of maturity, discretion and judgment.
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in the Transport and Logistics industry will be an added advantage
- Having DOSH green book will be an added advantage
- This position reports to the Safety and Compliance Manager.
- The incumbent would be required to liaise with people at all levels:
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
