**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in live streaming according to schedule
- Host live streams on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
- Promote and sell products during live streams
- Present products engagingly and informatively
- Interact with viewers, answer questions, and provide product information
- Use effective sales techniques to encourage purchases
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute live-stream schedules and content
- Monitor viewer feedback and adjust presentations to boost engagement and sales
- Track and report on live stream performance metrics
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information
- Complete video shootings as needed
- Take on ad hoc tasks and projects to support team and company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Malay/Mandarin with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in live hosting, sales, or a related field
- Experience with live-streaming platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Xiaohongshu)
- Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage an audience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and retail
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- At least 1 year of experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the cosmetics and vitamin supplements industry
- Prior experience as a TikTok content creator or social media influencer
- Ability to speak and understand English is a plus

**Benefit: Basic salary + Allowance + Commission**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
