**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting live broadcasts on various social media platforms. Your role will involve engaging with the audience, presenting content, conducting interviews, moderating discussions, and creating an interactive and entertaining experience for viewers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Host Live Broadcasts**: Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, Twitch, etc.
- **Content Presentation**: Present content in an engaging and informative manner, keeping the audience entertained and informed throughout the broadcast.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with viewers in real-time through comments, questions, polls, and other interactive features to create a sense of community and engagement.
- **Interviews and Guest Hosting**: Conduct interviews with guests, experts, or influencers relevant to the broadcast topic. Facilitate discussions and ensure smooth transitions between segments.
- **Moderation**: Moderate audience comments and maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during live broadcasts.
- **Promotion and Marketing**: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming live broadcasts, engage with followers, and increase viewership.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Have a basic understanding of the technical aspects of live streaming, including camera operation, sound equipment, and streaming software/platforms.
- **Adaptability**: Be adaptable and able to think on your feet to handle unexpected situations or technical difficulties that may arise during live broadcasts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences in a live setting.
- **Charismatic Personality**: Charismatic, energetic, and personable with a natural ability to connect with people.
- **Media or Broadcasting Experience**: Prior experience in media, broadcasting, hosting, or public speaking is highly desirable.
- **Social Media Savvy**: In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and their features.
- **Creativity**: Creative thinking and the ability to brainstorm innovative ideas for live broadcasts and audience engagement.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live broadcast schedules.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, including producers, technicians, and marketing staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
