**Fulltime Sales Consultant (Outdoor)**
**Salary Range**: Basic RM2,500 - RM3,500 +Commission
**Location**: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads
- Manage daily sales tasks including handling enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and tenders
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide accurate information, follow-up on purchases, and understand customer needs
- Build strong product knowledge to provide relevant details to prospects and clients
- Maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Generate new leads through various sales and marketing channels
- Monitor payment collections and evaluate customer reliability
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Support additional duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of working experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients
- Results-driven and eager to improve through learning
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
