Our client "Alpha Surgical Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join their team

Are you passionate about wellness and helping people feel their best? Join a growing wellness centre as a Senior Sales Consultant, where you'll guide clients on their journey to better health through innovative Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. What you'll be doing?
  • Client Consultation: Engage with walk-in clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable therapy packages to help them achieve their wellness goals.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Nurture leads and trial clients through WhatsApp and phone calls, building long-term relationships and providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Sales Achievement: Work towards individual and team sales targets through professional consultation, contributing to the centre's success.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor bookings, session usage, and client progress to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing events, campaigns, and occasional content shoots to promote the centre's services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle light admin duties related to sales and customer service to maintain smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare sectors, to effectively guide clients through their wellness journey.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or higher qualification to support your professional consultations.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Personal Qualities: A well-groomed appearance, pleasant personality, and positive attitude to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and passionate about helping people feel better, with the drive to achieve sales targets.
