1. **Receiving Goods**
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality according to Purchase Orders (PO) or Delivery Orders (DO).
- Record received goods in inventory systems and complete receiving documents.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

2. **Storage & Organization**
- Store goods in designated locations according to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) methods.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and safely stacked.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas to optimize space and efficiency.

3. **Picking & Packing**
- Accurately pick items from storage according to Sales Orders or Delivery Notes.
- Pack goods securely for delivery, ensuring correct quantity and labeling.
- Coordinate with logistics or shipping teams to meet dispatch schedules.

4. **Inventory Control**
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Report low stock levels or discrepancies for replenishment planning.

5. **Shipping & Dispatch**
- Assist in loading goods for delivery, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

6. **Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery (if licensed).
- Report any hazards, accidents, or equipment issues to the safety officer or supervisor.

7. **Housekeeping & Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure tools, trolleys, pallets, and equipment are returned and stored properly.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
