**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our operations. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, and data analysis. You’ll work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in procurement activities including purchase order processing
- Maintain and organize supply chain documents and records
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order and delivery updates (internal teams)
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain team
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and file management
- Key in documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and other relevant supply chain records
- Update and key in inventory data into the system to ensure stock records are up to date
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing at least a degree in **Supply Chain Management**, **Logistics**, **Operations**, **Business**, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Able to commit to the full duration of the internship
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to work
