Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**: Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, and prepare project budgets.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and control project costs, manage budgets, and oversee financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Contract Management**: Prepare tender documents, negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- **Procurement**: Source and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and assess commercial, financial, and construction-related risks, and advise on mitigation strategies.
- **Project Liaison**: Act as a key point of contact, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- **On-Site Activities**: Visit construction sites, measure and value completed work, and ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
