**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Content Creator to develop engaging visual and written content to promote our gold jewellery brand across digital platforms. You will be responsible for producing content that attracts, educates, and engages potential and existing customers, ultimately driving traffic and sales to our physical and online stores.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning content aligned with campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Research current jewellery, fashion, and social media trends to keep content relevant and attractive.
- Produce high quality photo and video content featuring gold jewellery, customer testimonials, behind the scenes footage, etc.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and storytelling posts for social media, website, and digital ads.
- Create short-form videos (e.g. TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to showcase products and brand personality.
- Post and schedule content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community growth.
- Coordinate with Sales Admin and Live Hosts for featured product updates and campaign needs.
- Preparing creative assets for promotions, events, or festive campaigns (e.g. Hari Raya, Launching new product).

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience in the jewellery or fashion industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong storytelling, photography, and videography skills.
- Proficient in editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps).
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
