**The Job**:

- Responsible for the overall direction and control of all financial matters, which include financial and management accounting, tax, budgetary control, treasury management, financial planning and tax planning.
- Manage the company’s treasury functions, ensuring optimal liquidity and investment strategies.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to optimize the company’s financial position.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and financial policies that impact the business.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and financial consultants to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Develop and prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to drive business performance.
- Assist in setting financial goals and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances to ensure financial stability and growth.

**Requirements**:
**The Person**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial management.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively liaise with global counterparts.
- Some knowledge of tax compliance and international financial regulations.
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
