**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s after-sales services, while leading a customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand communications, and service satisfaction initiatives in the automotive service industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership**
- Lead the marketing and customer service team across multiple brands or divisions.

**2. Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote after-sales services.
- Execute marketing campaigns to increase customer awareness and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strengthen brand presence.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters to highlight the workshop's service offerings.
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Share positive feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.

**3. Customer Service Management**
- Ensure customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.
- Liaise with service technicians and advisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

**4. Customer Engagement & Retention**
- Educate customers on available service packages and benefits.
- Work with the sales and service teams to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
- Collect feedback from customers on the quality of service and overall experience.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Work from Monday - Friday.
- Willing to work at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Adobe Express and Social Platform will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of automotive after-sales services and maintenance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- This position that requires proficiency in reading and writing Chinese.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
