CRM and Campaign Manager

**Description**:
The CRM and Campaign Manager has responsibility for enhancing our workflows and CRM systems by digging deep into the processes and systems that create and maintain customer relationships - driving lead conversion, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
This role will be the focal point for the execution of the CRM strategies in terms of campaign generation and improvements to existing campaigns, analysing existing customer behaviours and driving effectiveness of the system, while raising the profile of CRM success within the business through effective reporting and insights.
**On a typical day...**:
- You'll manage CRM strategies and planning, including CRM processes and governance
- You'll be updating accounts and contacts, maintaining data records, and taking ownership of overall CRM quality
- Using analytics and reports to share business insights through CRM data and the marketing function.
- You'll build bulk marketing automation including brand, lead and customer segmentation.
- You'll work with the wider team to build our customer profiles from our data and insight
**Does this sound like you?**:
- You have proven experience of CRM strategy and maintenance as well as planning, delivering, and managing campaigns that deliver results, ideally within B2B professional services
- A data lover, you’ll be a team player but with the drive and structure to work autonomously.
- You're an expert in HubSpot suite, analytics and reporting building
- Expert content and copy writer, able to write compelling content tailored to customer needs, locations and geographies
- Confident and experienced with journey building, complex segmentation and profiling of databases.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to provide momentum around campaign delivery
- Business and commercial acumen allowing you to analyse and interpret data, whilst being able to create meaningful business messages.
- Agility and flexibility to meet the changing needs of Industry, market dynamics and business.
