**Liaison with Store Management**
1. Serve as the primary contact for store managers regarding audit findings, compliance issues, and operational processes.

2. Address concerns related to inventory and ensure smooth communication between the stores and the internal audit team.

**Report Preparation**
1. Compile and analyze audit reports, presenting findings clearly and concisely to the Internal Audit Team Leader.
2. Highlight areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations in reports.

**Inventory Loss Investigation**
1. Investigate incidents of inventory loss and collaborate with store management to identify root causes.

**Compliance Monitoring**
1. Review store compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**
1. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of audit activities, findings, and follow-up actions.
2. Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational policies and standards.

**Additional Duties**
1. To support the team with any other tasks or projects as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. To perform any other duties as determined by management that are deemed beneficial to the company and within your capabilities, ensuring no detriment or injury to yourself

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
