**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Help manage and optimize both organic and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and on-brand content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Conduct A/B testing and ads testing to identify the most effective content and strategies.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance data and generating reports.
- **Sales Funnel and Landing Pages**:

- Support the design and optimization of landing pages and sales funnels using software like ClickFunnels or similar tools.
- Help monitor and improve the conversion rates of marketing campaigns.
- **Video Editing and Basic Design**:

- Create and edit videos for marketing purposes using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design basic graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- **Marketplace and E-commerce Management**:

- Assist in managing and optimizing listings on marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility on these platforms.
- **Project Management**:

- **Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance marketing skills.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Perform other marketing-related tasks and duties as assigned by the project leader or in-charge.
- Support the marketing team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Marketing Skills**: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for marketing.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms, video editing tools, and basic design software.
- **Office Skills**: Must know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite (compulsory).
- **Project Management**: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday (10 AM to 7 PM).
