**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing within a fast-paced environment. The intern will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, contributing to our online presence and brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing for social media posts using tools like CapCut.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for content creation.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments/ messages under supervision.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.

**Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Support in drafting and editing social media posts, articles, and website content.
- Research to gather relevant information for content development.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks for digital assets or posters (e.g., social media visuals, simple infographics) using tools like Canva.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming session.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of content creation principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) or video editing software is a bonus but not mandatory.
