**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate web development with digital marketing strategies.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and user experience.
- Utilize **SEO** techniques to enhance visibility and search engine rankings.
- Analyze website performance using tools like **Google Analytics** and **Search Console**, and make data-driven improvements.
- Work on integrating third-party tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure website security and responsiveness across devices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Web Developer** (3+ years).
- Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Familiarity with **WordPress** or other content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with web analytics tools like **Google Analytics**, **Tag Manager**, and **Search Console**.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of SEM and paid digital marketing (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and website optimization for conversions.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
