**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- The 2-year rotational program gives you exposure to various roles within the operations/ facilities you are assigned.
- Learn about the various areas of Operations within the industry.
- Permanent placement in a Managerial Position under a year (for excellent performers).
- Specialization Options after 1 year:

- Operations Management in Beauty
- Operations Management in F&B
- Operations Management in Project and Marketing
- Hands-on leadership training and a path to a successful career at Initia

**THE JOB**:

- Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.
- Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operation of the branch/ outlet.
- Participate in the company's strategic planning.
- Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies.
- Provide management and administrative support.
- Ensure strong product and all around operational knowledge.
- Attend customer’s needs and queries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.
- Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained


**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
- Fresh graduates, no experience or entry level are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about being trained in Operations and willingness to learn.
- Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-groomed and professional outlook that best suits our Outlet’s Image.
- Customer-oriented and passionate about serving customers.
- Confident and leader type.
- Can join our team as soon as possible.
