**About the Job**

Our client is looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong strategic planning and compensation & benefits experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and analyze the company's salary mechanism, compare the salary structure of the market, summarize and analyze to the management, and make suggestions if necessary to make adjustments
- Review payroll accuracy and make postings
- Analyze monthly wage gaps and report (there are unusual expenses to report)
- Employee Handbook and HR Operations Manual - Standard setting for each benefit
- Organization structuring
- Do a good job in the management of employee personnel files, regular reports, and reports on human resource management
- Responsible for team performance management, tracking, counting, reporting and analyzing data
- Employee performance evaluation (quarterly/annual)
- Responsible for everything for foreign employees (pass renewal, benefits, contract renewal, staff dormitory, etc.)

**Requirements Needed**

Resource
- Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft excel and words (typing in Mandarin words), HR2000

- Preferably specialized in employee compensation & benefits, payroll and hr generalist or equivalent.
