**Position Summary**:
The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

**Scope and Responsibilities**:

- Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate.
- Must maintain high service standards with children as a primary focus.
- Needs to serve all guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Needs to work with other team members to provide a positive guest experience.
- Be well versed with all Food & Beverage Offerings in the outlet and be also confidently discuss other F&B areas with guests
- Serve and clear Food & Beverage Offerings in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Clears trays, plates, cutleries and cups and reset table in a professional manner.
- To up sell the In House product by suggesting it to the guest
- Must have working knowledge of product specifications on the cooks’ line.
- Be aware of the value of high quality, fresh food products.
- Ability to effectively display and prepare a high quality product for the guest.
- Maintain proper taste, temperature, and appearance of all food items.

**Background and Experience**:

- Graduates of high school or other equivalent levels of education.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.
- Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.
- Experience multi-tasking and working in an environment with rigorous standards.
- Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.

**Additional Information**:

- Malaysian.
- Fully vaccinated.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- F&B Service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Food Handling (preferred)
