Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd Full time

**Position: Customer Service & Operation Support**
**Location: Menara SuezCap (2-min walk from LRT)**
**Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 (based on experience)**
**Shift Allowance: RM 300 (for 10 working days)**
**Working Hours: 8am-5pm / 3pm-12am (rotational)**

**Public Holidays: No night shift; double pay applies**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and issues; escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with documentation and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer support

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1 year experience in a similar role
- SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written); Japanese is an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with FX/CFD industry is a plus
- Independent, result-driven, and committed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
