Service Admin/coordinator

To be responsible for working with service team to prepare Quotation and Service Department relevant documents.
- Coordinate with customer, provide information to answer enquiry about Spare Part & Services from customer
- Timely prepare Quotation Request to Supplier/Factory base on Service Team or Customer inquiry.
- Issue Purchase Order to Factory once received PO from customer
- Be responsible in all of quotation process and details. Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, and services schedule management to the customer
- Tracking of all active job numbers to confirm with the engineers of project status and parts deliveries
- Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding product and services, or special orders via mail or phone.
- Maintain, Updating and Revising historical customer database by entering data record each time contact is made with customer
- Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in daily ,weekly, monthly and annual report
- Manages all incoming and outgoing freight and all spare part receiving.
- Prepare Shipping Documentation
- Follow-up all the shipment of finished products.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any fields
At least 3 years of experience in customer service sales quotation and pricing management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
