**Responsibilities**:

- Providing high-quality Customer Service to valued customers.
- Following SOPs while assisting customers in their requests.
- Using company resources and other channels to assist in fulfilling requests.
- Engage lifestyle partners in shopping, hospitality, travel and other industries to assist in requests and program requirements.
- Assist professionally in written and verbal communication.
- Provide day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as appropriate to the position.

**Job Details**:

- Sunday - Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00pm including public holidays
- Location: Amcorp Trade Center, Petaling Jaya

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin will be added advantage
- Experienced in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Interest in travel, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.
