**Eye Specialist Center - Customer Care Consultant (Frontline)**

**Location:

- Petaling Jaya, Cheras & Klang**

**Basic Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500**

**Working days: 5 days working and 2 days off**

**Working Schedule: Mon - Sat (8:30a.m - 6p.m) Sun (10a.m - 5p.m)**

**Job Responsibilities:

**Phone operator**
- Telemarketing - call follow-up on existing and/or new patient database Tele-consultation
- Manage patient complaints
- Salesforce CRM System Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Appointment management.
- Demand / Supply evaluation.
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary Appointment reminder & confirmation.
- Administrative Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call log notes, etc.
- Patient follow-up Statistics and Reports.

**Salesforce CRM System**
- Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Appointment management.
- Demand / Supply evaluation.
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary.
- Appointment reminder & confirmation.
- Administrative
- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call

**Requirements / Qualifications:

- **
- Able to speaks, read and write in English & BM (If can speak mandarin its a plus)
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- 2 years Sales Experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
