Position : Team Lead Backend Developer

Salary : RM 6,000 - RM 12,000

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Location : Puchong

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of business-driven solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
- Review and evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Prioritize and assign development tasks, managing workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
- Design and develop high-performance.NET Core APIs and backend services using C#, aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements that support business goals.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions with seamless system integration.
- Lead the development of business process-oriented solutions that enhance operational efficiency and usability.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes in collaboration with analysts and product managers.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new projects, assessing technical and business impacts and recommending solutions.
- Design efficient and technically feasible solutions that align with business objectives and available resources.
- Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies to support smooth project execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Oversee backend integration with frontend and other system components, ensuring alignment with broader goals.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality control measures across the team.
- Implement unit and integration tests to validate functionality and ensure robust backend services.
- Conduct code reviews for consistency, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Stay up to date with advancements in.NET Core, C#, and backend technologies to enhance development practices.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve system performance, security, and maintainability.
- Recommend and drive automation or digital enhancements for continuous process improvement.
- Manage source code using GitHub and Bitbucket, ensuring efficient version control and collaboration.
- Use Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and maintain clear team communication.
- Monitor project timelines, resolve blockers, and ensure timely task completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing technical projects using.NET Core and C#.
- Strong background in business process-oriented backend development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and understanding of microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of business process improvement and how technology drives operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with GitHub and Bitbucket for version control, and Jira for task tracking and sprint planning.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
