IT Business Analyst

Within the IT Supply Chain Transportation & Warehousing team of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with SAP EWM expertise. The IT Transportation & Warehousing team is responsible for all IT solutions within the transport and warehousing domain. In this role the core capability lies in SAP EWM to support the FrieslandCampina business.

Our customers are all Business Groups as well as Resolver Groups across all IT functions. IT owns the quality of services provided to the business as defined in agreed SLA’s and against agreed costs and ensures delivery of the services by IT supporting functions.What we ask
- Design, improve & optimize E2E warehouse processes and technology solutions by designing and implementing effective new and/or enhanced E2E processes and technology solutions for all business areas. Balances fit for purpose solutions, process automation and template adherence.
- Manage and realize business process excellence via IT supported process solutions. Delivering value that meets business needs/safeguarding global FrieslandCampina policies, principles & Objectives.
- Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the necessary IT service to business.
- Support to embed change, continuous improvement and innovation into business operations.

To achieve this, the Business Analyst / SAP EWM functional consultant has the following capabilities:

- Good understanding of Supply Chain warehousing business needs & operational requirements.
- 3-4 years’ work experience in domain of SAP EWM Warehouse process excellence
- Good English/Dutch communication skills to align business requirements.
- Self-managed work attitude and team player with the ability to work independently and within defined team structures.
- Sense of ownership, ensuring projects and other changes are delivered according agreed timelines and SLA.
- Understanding the ownership of IT services and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Problem solving and result oriented skills.
- Serve as a point of contact for change requests. Analyzing and refining functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the necessary IT service to the business.
- Driving the embedding of change, continuous improvement and innovation into IT and business operations.

- Vacancy descriptionSystem Enhancement and Optimization:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand warehousing management requirements and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of Warehousing Management Systems.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system upgrades and new releases.

User Training:

- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the efficient use of Warehousing Management Systems.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure user proficiency and adoption.

Integration Management:

- Collaborate with IT integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Warehousing Management Systems and other enterprise systems.
- Manage data flows and interfaces to optimize information exchange within the warehousing function.

Incident and Change Management:

- Contribute to the management of incidents related to Warehousing Management Systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of changes and updates, adhering to change management processes.

Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for Warehousing Management Systems, including system configurations and processes.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing resources.

Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams:

- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams, including logistics and distribution, to align Warehousing Management Systems with operational requirements.
- Participate in regular meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Data Governance:

- Work with data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within Warehousing Management Systems.
- Implement and enforce data management best practice
