**WORKING LOCATION & WORKING HOUR: -**
- **Monday to Friday** (regular working hours with a flexible schedule)

**JOB OVERVIEW: -**
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help improve how our business works by studying processes, finding problems or opportunities, and suggesting better ways to get things done.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Review current business processes and suggest improvements.
- Collect and understand business needs from different teams.
- Work closely with other departments to turn business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Analyze data to find useful insights that support better decision-making.
- Create simple documentation like process flows, reports, and user guides.
- Help plan and support the rollout of new systems or updates.
- Test new systems to make sure they meet the requirements.
- Train and support users on new tools or processes.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS: -**
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- At least **1-2 years of experience** as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. **Chinese is a plus**.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Experience with Agile or project management methods is a bonus.
