- Business Analyst abt 7-10 years of experience gathering system requirements from

business owners and understanding of business work processes
- Ability to analyse the organisation business goals
- Ability to have critical thinking to design process
- Ability to designing workflows related to new business process
- Ability to conduct in related reviews, workshops, discussions with stakeholders
