**Key Responsibilities**:

- To develop and build trade market and potential customer within assigned territory.
- To perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategic and promo solution to customer.
- Explore new business opportunity & develop the account.
- Forecasting the business, monitor sales in the market to ensure target and objectives are met.
- Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
- Development of strong customer relationship.
- Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with company term.
- Work closely with the cross-functional team.

Team player and understand own role.
- Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report to superior / sales manager.

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years working experience in FMCG market in MT channel.
Must possess own transport.
Willing to travel.
Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
Excellent communication and people skill.
Good planning and organization skill.
Able to work under pressure.
Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
