We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Merchandiser & Promoter. This role will involve overseeing the placement and presentation of our coffee products in supermarkets, promoting our brand and products to customers, and managing relationships with cafe clients to ensure smooth ingredient supply and order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular visits to supermarkets to ensure optimal placement and visibility of our coffee products on shelves/racks.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales in supermarkets.
- Engage with customers in supermarkets, providing product information, offering samples, and promoting sales.
- Coordinate with supermarket staff to replenish stock, manage displays, and address any issues or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between our company and cafe clients, visiting cafes to understand their needs, resolve any supply-related issues, and facilitate order placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cafe owners/managers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product promotion and expansion of our market presence.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
