Location: Bukit Bintang

**Salary**: RM4000 - RM4500 + Commission

Job Responsibilities
- Promote new/existing products or special offers to customers
- Answer customers’ enquiries on products, to advise and assisting customers in order
to help them to find what they need
- Organise and manage wine tastings on Saturdays
- To build rapport and relationship with wine club members and customers
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained, inform the respective department
whenever there is not enough stock for retail
- Be more alert on the wines in the counter shelf from missing
- To provide customers with information on pricing and product availability
- Responsible for processing payments (cashier)
- To ensure a high level of customer service and to handle customer complaints.
- Have good knowledge to use social media and messaging platforms to
update/communicate and reach out to new and existing customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Complete other duties assigned by management on time to time

Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Retail Sales Industry, preferably Wine & Spirits
Industry.
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
- Having WSET certification is an added bonus.
- Positive attitude, detail oriented and meticulous.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Bintang.
- MUST be able to read, write and speak in ENGLISH, MANDARIN and BAHASA MALAYSIA.
- Independent and Self Motivated.
- Should be able to Multitask.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
