**Job Vacancy: Beauty Consultant (Sales & Customer Service)**

**Location**: Bukit Bintang

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand. Your duties will include achieving sales targets, delivering personalized skin consultations, and ensuring a top-tier in-store experience for all clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Achieve personal sales targets, sales per transaction, and units per transaction as set by the Brand/Retail Manager.
- Maximize sales opportunities through link and cross-selling techniques.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with a sincere greeting
- Provide accurate skin consultations to each client.
- Demonstrate products using proper techniques, tailored to the client’s needs.
- Offer customized services and consultations in line with guidelines.
- **Education**:

- Attend all educational sessions to stay updated on product novelties and retail excellence knowledge.
- Share knowledge with team members who may have missed educational sessions.
- **Merchandising & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure all duties on the counter checklist are completed before store opening.
- Maintain store displays in alignment with current merchandising guidelines.
- Uphold the highest hygiene standards by regularly cleaning counters, testers, and displays.
- Ensure the availability of testers, printed materials, and supplies; report issues to the retail team promptly.
- **Personal Grooming**:

- Adhere to institutional uniform guidelines and represent Guerlain's image at all times.
- Use only Guerlain products during working hours.
- **Teamwork**:

- Perform tasks as directed by the Counter/Retail/Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the Retail or Sales Manager, especially if the counter lacks a Counter Manager.
- Support and communicate effectively with team members to meet objectives.

**Qualities & Skills**:

- Strong orientation towards retail and luxury brands in line with standards.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work well with others.
- Outgoing, courteous, and genuine with a passion for customer service.
- Self-confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Well-groomed, with a service-driven attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
