**Criteria**
- Female, 23 years and above
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Receptionist
- Able to handle Microsoft office
- Pleasant personality
- Able to speak, read and write in mandarin.
- Can work in team and independent
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and secretarial services and/or coverage for the department.
- To answer telephone enquiries cheerfully and efficiently.
- Serves visitor by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain office schedules, files, telecommunications system etc. for these departments.
- To present a customer orientated image in our dealings with staff, contractors, partners, and vendors.
- Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
