Supervisor - Mbo Atria

Train new staff to carry out front line sales and service in accordance to guideline and Company’s Standards Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure the Company’s grooming standards is adhered to at all times.
- To ensure and maintain cinema cleanliness as per expectations.
- Assist the Cinema Manager (CM) and Assistant Cinema Manager (ACM) to ensure that the Company’s SOP are strictly implemented and adhered to at all times.
- Monitor and supervise subordinates performance.
- Monitor staffs attendance and punctuality based on the staffs duty roaster.
- In-charge of conducting short daily operations briefing in the presence of the Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Assist the MOD to conduct regular ad-hoc spot checks on Box Office, Concession, cleaners etc.
- To be witness together with MOD during delivery of stocks and ensure the quantity and quality of the stocks are always checked before acknowledging the Delivery Note.
- Maintain a good and accurate filing system.
- To provide support to ACM / CM to ensure the manpower arrangement for various section, ensure the smoothness of the operations of the respective cinema.
- Checking on pricing or any special rate as preparation for sales and staffs briefings.
- Perform the Supervisor checklist for the respective department.
- Assist the ACM to perform the Month End Closing during month end and getting authorization form the CM.
- Assist MOD to ensure a safe, healthy and conducive working environment for all staff and the cinema patrons by appointing Fire Marshall, Fire Drill, Safety Checks and evacuation procedures are in place.
- Check the pest control schedule and follow the schedule accordingly to avoid any pest issues.
- Carry out any tasks that may be assigned by the CM, ACM, Area Manager (AM) and Manager - Operations

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or related qualifications.
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Able tp handle pressure.
- Able to handle cash.
- Able to interact with Management, co-workers, Public.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional attitude.
- Able to work during Public Holiday and weekend.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
