Memastikan laporan kejadian harian dan laporan tiket hilang dikemas kini tepat dengan segera e. Pastikan tiket pengesahan tiket tempat letak kereta harian diselaraskan dengan laporan harian f. Memastikan aduan pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai isu masalah masalah penjadualan kad dihadapi dengan segera secara professional g. Pengetahuan MS Excel adalah kelebihan h. Memiliki interpersonal yang baik dan kemahiran komunikasi i. Bersedia bekerja pada hujung minggu cuti umum j. Lelaki k. Berdisiplin l. Rajin dan bersemangat untuk mempelajari benda baharu m.
