**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
- A proactive and growth-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders are essential
- Coordinate and support international collaboration activities and propose potential partnership plans to faculties and partners
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and provide regular updates on collaboration progress
- Support MOU/MOA signings and international events in collaboration with faculties and partners
- Assist in management report preparation
- Provide support to UTAR staff by providing information and guidance on international collaboration activities
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the University from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
